Philippe Froeliger

Having qualified in Musicology at the University of Strasbourg, Philippe Froeliger continued his training at theStrasbourg Conservertoire and at the European Institute of Choral Singing ( l’Institut Européen de Chant Choral) in Metz. His studies included a wide range of musical disciplines including piano, choral conducting, composition, analyse and early music.

He pursued his vocal studies in Alsace under the guidance of Francis Jeser and Hélène Roth.

Philippe Froeliger appears regularly as a soloist in recitals and with ensembles such as Akadêmia, La Fenice, Le Parlement de Musique and Les Jardins de Courtoisie. He also performs with different vocal ensembles including Sequenza 9.3, Les Elements, Les Jeunes Solistes and Vox Luminis.
